Returns and Refund Policy

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unopened, unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Hair extensions that have been opened, installed, worn, washed, cut, colored, altered, or removed from their original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Customers must contact SG Beauty Extensions before sending any item back. Return or exchange requests will be reviewed before approval.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping costs and return instructions will be confirmed during the return approval process.
