Returns and Refund Policy

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unopened, unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Hair extensions that have been opened, installed, worn, washed, cut, coloured, altered, or removed from their original packaging may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Professional installation is recommended. Returns, exchanges, or refunds may not be granted for damage, installation issues, or dissatisfaction resulting from installation performed by a non-professional.

Customers must contact SG Beauty Extensions before sending any item back. All return and exchange requests are subject to review and approval.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping costs, return-shipping responsibility, and return instructions will be confirmed during the approval process.
